Tuesday Workout (12.23.25

Happy Monday,
friends!

I hope your week is off to a nice start… at least it’s a short one
for many of us!

As I had mentioned in Friday’s email, the 12-week training cycle
begins this week for the Syracuse Half.  So,
while the last 6+ weeks have been a wonderful, much needed block of recovery, we
will soon be getting back to more intentional workouts and long runs.

This week, we will be meeting at the Liverpool
Middle School parking lot
(HERE! off the
intersection of 7th & Hickory St. in Liverpool) tomorrow at 5:45pm. Plan for an easy run (with a kick!), but
given there is some wintry mix forecasted during the day, the exact workout
will be determined by the condition of the parking lot and the roads in the
upper village.

Despite the forecasted wintry mix during the day, it appears the real-feel
temps will be in the mid-20’s with some possible wind. Dress in layers and wear
your hat/headbands, mittens, and maybe a buff. Also, please remember that
everyone MUST WEAR LIGHTS/REFLECTIVE GEAR,
as we will end up running in the upper village.

Please make sure you are hydrating throughout the day and taking in the appropriate amounts of carbs, proteins, and some fats to sustain your energy
levels for tomorrow’s run.

LOOKING AHEAD:

Saturday (12/27): Location TBD (dependent on weather) at 8:30am (for 3, 5, & 6 miles)

Tuesday (12/30): No official group meetup

Saturday (1/3): Location TBD (probably Liverpool) at 8:30am

Tuesday (1/6): Meet in the LMS complex parking
lot (off Hickory St.) at 5:45pm.

I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow at the LMS Complex in your lights
and reflective
(& maybe even festive!) gear at 5:45pm!

Have a great evening!!
