I hope all who participated in Tuesday’s Boos and Cider
Mile had as much fun as I did! We will definitely incorporate more fun runs
like that into the mix… if you have an idea for a fun Run,
let me know and we’ll make It happen!

In the spirit of Continuing to give our
bodies a rest after a long year of training, we will meet at Green LaKes tomorrow at 8am for an easy hike. TO
get us closer to the trails, let’s plan to meet in the paRking
lot by the Disc Golf fields.

your cardiovascular healTh (strengthens your heart and improves blood
flow) and builds your lung capacity (boosts youR oxygen use). By engaging
thE muscles
in your legs, core, and upper body with lower impact, hiking improves your
balance while strengthening your stabilizing muscles… all of which increases
your running efficiency! So lace up your shoes, and let’s hit the trails!
