Just a quick reminder that due to so
many of us running the Run For Jeff event, there is no
official group long run scheduled for
tomorrow. Our next group session will be on Tuesday, June 30th. Plan
to meet in the LMS parking lot off Hickory
Street in Liverpool at 5:45pm for our speed
workout!

Performance Shirts!
In case you missed my email, shirts
are now available for order. This summer, I am offering short sleeve shirts, women’s
racerback tank tops, and men’s muscle shirts in black, sport silver, and bright
pink (tee and racerback tank only). All shirts are 100% polyester and available
in extra small through extra large sizing. Each shirt is $20 (cash or Venmo due
once shirts have been distributed).

Meet at LMS at 5:45 for speedwork

Whether you are running a race this
weekend or simply putting some training miles in, please make sure you are
hydrating before, during, and after your run. You should also be taking in
those essential nutrients that help maintain your energy stores (carbohydrates)
during your run and promote muscle recovery (proteins) after your run. You
wouldn’t drive your car without gas in it, why would you run your body without
making sure it’s fueled properly? Treat your body well, and it will return the
favor.
If I don’t see you at the Run For
Jeff, tomorrow, then I’ll see you on Tuesday for our workout!
