HOH Weekend Mileage (6.5.26)

I hope you’ve had a great week!

 

GOOD LUCK TO THOSE OF YOU RUNNING PAIGE’S
BUTTERFLY RUN, TOMORROW!!

 

Due to so many of us running Paige’s,
there is no group long
run scheduled
.
If you aren’t running Paige’s tomorrow but would still
like to get your long runs in, you can plan for the following weekend mileage:

 

4 miles: low-end base/maintenance build

6 miles: high-end base/maintenance build

8 miles: Wineglass Marathon (cutback week)

 

 

FOR
THOSE OF YOU RUNNING PAIGE’S:

We are planning to meet at the Federal Building Plaza no later
than 8:30
for our pre-race photo (in your team shirt, if you have one😊) before heading
over to the start line.

 

 

LOOKING AHEAD:

Tuesday
(6/9):
NO
OFFICIAL GROUP MEETUP
(due to Workforce Run)- a workout can be provided to those who wish to
run it on their own.

Saturday
(6/13):
Meet
(somewhere between 8:00-8:15) for our LTR. Location: TBD. Plan for the following mileage:

 

4 miles: low-end base/maintenance build

5-6 miles: high-end base/maintenance build

12 miles: Wineglass Marathon

 

 

Is
there any interest in new, updated team shirts?

With the warmer weather upon us, I am
looking into the possibility of getting new team shirts in a lighter color. I
will only do this if:

 

(1)   
there is sufficient
interest

(2)   
I can find the
same color shirt for men, women, and unisex cut tees and tank tops

 

I’ll have more information about availability
and pricing once I have shirt color options. And of course, I will always offer
our standard black with pink logo- so please let me know if you’d be
interested!

 

It’s hot out and you should continue
to hydrate and keep
your electrolytes up.
You should also be fueling
your body
in an appropriate,
healthy manner that
allows you to maintain your energy
levels
while feeling
your best
!!

 

If you’re running Paige’s, I’ll see
you tomorrow at the Federal
Building
no later than 8:30am
for our team photo!
