I hope you all had a nice week and are ready for a
beautiful weekend!
Just a reminder that there is no official group
run tomorrow, as I’ll be in Dryden participating in the Parallel of
Latitude 8-Hour Endurance Run! Weather should be pretty nice, so if anyone’s interested
in coming and hanging out, running a few miles, or cheering… you know where I’ll
be (Dryden Lake Park) from 8-4 😊
If you’re training for MCM, your plan calls for 22
miles this week… Cindy, you totally got this!!
Everyone else can plan for 3-5 easy maintenance miles….
unless you recently inquired about Loop the Lake, then you should look for 6-8
miles this weekend.

anyone was interested in joining, Vicky and I are running the Eastwood 5 Mile Run
on October 19. While registration will remain open until near race day, today
is the last day they will guarantee participants receive shirts. I’ll
