Natalie and Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mommas and to those
who momma!
Even though I have to work SU’s convocation and am
unable to meet tomorrow, you all should still plan to get your runs in,
planning for the following distances:
Mountain
Goat Relay: 2.5-3 recovery miles
Mountain
Goat Full: 3-4 recovery miles
Buffalo
Half: 8 miles (at race pace)
Shipyard
Half: 10 miles*
*If you raced over the weekend, you should plan a 6
mile cutback
I am happy to create a route for anyone interested,
just let me know. Let me know how your runs go, and send photos 😊
LOOKING AHEAD:
Tuesday (5/13): Meet at the playground entrance of OLP
at 5:45pm for our workout…. third times the charm, right?!
Saturday Long Run (5/17): Meet at 8am, planning for the following distances:
Mountain
Goat Relay: 3-4 recovery miles
Mountain
Goat Full: 3-5 recovery miles
Buffalo
Half: 6 miles (welcome to the beginning of your taper!)
Shipyard
Half: 11-12 miles (let’s see how this weekend’s run feels
HOH TEAM SHIRTS:
If you ordered one, they are ready ($20. each)- I have
them in my car.
