Hello, Hello!! Happy Monday, HOH!
I hope you all had a great weekend! In case you didn’t see it on
our Facebook page, we have a newly minted Marathoner amongst us!
Congratulations to Liz who secretly joined me at the Parallel of Latitude 8-Hour
Endurance Run on Saturday. She not only ran her farthest distance ever but
completed a full marathon! Liz was a powerhouse and made easy work of the
course, making it look easy! Congratulations, Liz! You are amazing!!
Please plan to meet at Willow Bay tomorrow evening at 5:45 for our surprise workout. Since
the workout is a surprise, there’s nothing to program. BUT just because there’s
nothing for you to program into your Garmin, does not mean you won’t be working-
show up hydrated, fueled, and ready to run some hard intervals!!
LOOKING AHEAD:
Saturday (10/4): Meet at Willow Bay at 8am for
some easy miles:
Low-end Base
Building/Maintenance: 3 miles
High-end Base
Building/Maintenance: 5-6 miles
MCM: 14 miles
Tuesday (10/7): Meet at American High (800
4th St. Liverpool) at 5:45pm for our workout

on October 19. Registration will remain open until near race day, so I’ll
