Just a quick reminder that there is no
scheduled group workout tomorrow.
As a way to start the New Year off on the right foot, George and
his wife Sheena have kindly invited us to their house on Thursday morning for a
New Year’s Day bRUNch. We will
meet at their house (6405
Finish Line Trl, Brewerton NY, 13029) at 10am
for a short run before enjoying a delicious brunch. If you plan to join us (and have not already RSVP’d), please email George (ggates1020@gmail.com) so he and Sheena can plan ahead. Also,
in the event you would like toast or bagels, please bring your own bread/bagels
(they are a gluten-free home)… George makes amazing egg bagel sandwiches that
you do not want to miss out on!
LOOKING AHEAD:
Thursday (1/1): New Year’s
Day Brunch at George’s at 10am.
Saturday (1/3): Location TBD (depending on weather) at 8:30am for our
long training run.
Tuesday (1/6): Meet in the LMS complex parking
lot (off Hickory St.) at 5:45pm for our workout.
