Weekend Miles (6.14.25)

Friday and Happy Father’s Day weekend to all you dads!

 

Just a quick reminder that due to so many of us running
the Run for Jeff tomorrow, we will not officially meet at a group for our usual Saturday training runs.

 

Congratulations
to Tim, Shannon, Morgan, and Matt for running
the Workforce Run on Tuesday evening! You all had great weather for it!

 

Good luck to everyone
participating in the Run for Jeff!
There
are quite a few of you running the race! Since I won’t be able to join you (I
will be playing Mother of the Bride at my daughter’s bridal brunch), please take a group photo so I can
see all your smiling faces!

 

Although most of you who are training for something
will be at the race (or have received a training plan), I’m happy to suggest
mileage for anyone not attending. I will be working the packet pickup this
afternoon, so texting me will be the easiest way to get a hold of me.

 

LOOKING AHEAD:

Tuesday (6/17): We will meet at Willow Bay at 5:45pm
for our workout over at Longbranch!

Saturday Long Run (6/21): Meet at Willow Bay at 8am for our training
runs.

 

Whether you are racing this weekend, running a training
run, or taking a leisurely jog; please make sure you are staying on top of your
hydration and nutrition today and ahead of your runs.
