HOH Weekend Mileage (11.7.26)

Happy Friday, team!

I hope you had an opportunity to
get out and enjoy this week’s amazing weather we’ve had! Good Luck to Vicky
who will be running the Clear Path for Veterans 5k Trail Run on Sunday!

This is a great race that supports veterans and their families!

This week’s field trip takes us to
the Fayetteville/Manlius area for an easy 3-mile run. Plan to meet in the
parking lot (linked HERE)
at the entrance of the Erie Canal on North Burdick Street. We’ll
start our warmups at 8am before heading out for our run.

While there’s no map, this week’s
route will take us along North Burdick Street before venturing into two housing
tracts, Fremont Meadows and Erie Village.

After the run, some of us are
planning to attend a 60-minute yoga session at 9:45am
at the Lyndon Corners Fit Body Boot Camp
Studio

I have attached a flyer for anyone
interested in joining. The class costs $15 a person and is structured for all levels, offering
both modifications and challenges based on your current level.

For anyone who may be interested, ROAD iD is holding their annual 50% off sale. This is the company that I bought
my ID bracelet and badges from. They have bracelets like I wear but also plates
you can attach to your watch or shoes. If you’re looking to purchase wearable
identification, now is the time. I think the Early Bird sale is going on for
the next 3 days. You can shop directly HERE.

LOOKING AHEAD:

Tuesday (11/10): Meet
at LMS at 5:45pm for a workout.

Saturday (11/14): Meet

Tuesday (11/17): Meet at LMS at 5:45pm for our
workout.

Saturday (11/21): NO GROUP RUN

Please remember to hydrate and
feed your body appropriate amounts of nutrients (carbs, proteins, some fats)
throughout today in preparation of tomorrow’s run.

Have a great afternoon and cannot
wait to see you tomorrow at North Burdick Street
for our run & maybe even yoga!!

Run Safe. Run Smart. Run Strong.
